Health coaching is a practice that involves working with an experienced and well-trained professional who walks the talk, known as a health coach, to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Health coaches typically work with clients to create and implement personalized plans for improving their overall well-being. Here are some key aspects of health coaching:

  1. Goal Setting: Health coaches help clients define their health and wellness goals, whether We relate to weight loss, fitness, nutrition, stress management, or other aspects of well-being. These goals are often Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART).
  1. Personalized Guidance: Health coaches provide individualized guidance based on the client’s unique needs, preferences, and circumstances. We take into account factors such as medical history, lifestyle, and current habits.
  1. Motivation and Accountability: Coaches motivate and support clients in staying committed to their health goals. We may use various strategies to keep clients accountable, such as regular check-ins, goal tracking, and positive reinforcement.
  1. Education and Information: Health coaches often provide information and education on topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthy lifestyle choices. We help clients make informed decisions about their health.
  1. Behaviour Change: One of the primary roles of a health coach is to facilitate behaviour change. We help clients identify and overcome obstacles and develop healthier habits.
  1. Holistic Approach: Health coaching often takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, addressing not only physical health but also mental, emotional, and social well-being. Coaches may consider factors like sleep, relationships, and work-life balance.
  1. Empowerment: Health coaches empower clients to take control of their health and make sustainable changes. Rather than prescribing specific diets or exercise routines, we guide clients in making choices that align with their goals and values.
  1. Support and Encouragement: Health coaches provide ongoing support and encouragement, helping clients navigate challenges and setbacks. We create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to discuss their health concerns.
  1. Communication Skills: Effective communication is a crucial skill for health coaches. We listen and communicate to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  1. A separate article will describe specifically how we shall coach you back to health using specific natural herbs, and the ancient muscle-changing classics (an ancient qi gong which was first taught by Bodhidharma) in developing internal strength training for optimal health.
