In Response to COVID-19 restrictions and patients’ requests, we are now providing online or telehealth consultation for patients who would like to make inquiries on the followings

1. Alternative or complementary treatments available to their existing medical condition which have been chronic
2. Seek a second opinion from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective of the current condition
3. Seek advice on dietary relating to current conditions on use of herbal or food as medicine
4. Treatment of fussy eaters, colic and constipation in newborn to young kids
5. Sports performance relating to strength conditioning, endurance and stamina

Cost of online consultations:

Up to 15 mins:  $50

Up to 30 mins :$70

Up to an hour: $120

If you would like to have the answers to your health from our experienced practitioners in the comfort of your home, we can arrange a convenient mutually agreed time using either a video conference via zoom or the use of video chat apps.

For online and physical treatments, we are also accepting appointments in 3 ways;

We require at least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any client appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling will incur the following charges:

24-48 hours: 50 % of the treatment charge

Less than 24 hours: 100%  charge of the treatment chargevided
